This is where it all startet: Beat Retreat, Ackerstr. Düsseldorf. Marc, the owner of this fine record store invited me to permanently showcase my work in his shop. What an honor and what a nice opportnunity for me to present and sell my photos. I later came up with the 30x30 (12") sized prints, that you can see on display in Marc's shop window. I even had my own 12" box for these. Unfortunately, Beat Retreat does not exist anymore. A lot of people have good memories of this place, enjoyed hours of good music, laughter, jokes and beer.... Needless to say, that a couple of long lasting friendships originated here. Cheerz Marc - thank you for everything.
